We book qualified sales calls on your calendar. You only pay for the ones that show up.
Done-for-you cold email outreach for B2B companies. You cover the sending costs. We earn nothing until a qualified prospect is sitting on a call with you.
Book a call 15 minutes. We will tell you straight if this fits. The problem
Referrals are not a pipeline
Most B2B companies get their new business from referrals and repeat clients. That holds up until a slow quarter arrives, and then there is nothing to fall back on.
Nothing is reaching the buyers who have never heard of you. When referrals slow down, no other source of new conversations takes over. So revenue moves up and down for reasons you do not control.
The offer
You only pay for calls that show up
We run the cold email. You cover the sending costs, which are domains, inboxes and data. That money goes to the providers, not to us.
For our own work we are paid one way: per qualified call that books and shows up. No call, no fee. If the outreach does not put people on your calendar, we do not get paid for it.
- You cover the sending costs. Domains, inboxes and data.
- We are paid per qualified call that books and shows up.
- No-shows are not billed.
- We agree on what counts as qualified before we send a single email.
How it works
Four steps
-
Build the sending system
We set up 20 domains and 40 inboxes, handle the DNS records, and warm every inbox before a single email goes out. This is the part that keeps your email landing in the inbox instead of spam. We do all of it for you.
-
Build a verified list of your buyers
We start from the customers you already sell to and find more companies like them. Company size, location, job titles and keywords narrow it down. Every contact is verified before we email it.
-
Write the emails and split test them
Short, conversational emails that read like a person wrote them. We run several versions at once, so we find the angle your market replies to quickly instead of guessing.
-
Follow up and book the call
Every interested reply gets worked until it becomes a meeting or a clear no. We handle the back and forth and put the call on your calendar.
Timeline
What the first few weeks look like
-
Weeks 1 to 3: build and warm up
Domains, inboxes and warm-up take 2 to 3 weeks. Sending before the inboxes are warm gets the whole system marked as spam, so we do not rush it. While that runs, we write your email sequence and build your list.
-
Launch
The emails go out. Replies start coming in, and we start booking calls on your calendar.
-
After launch
We keep changing the copy and the list based on who replies. The goal is more qualified calls each month than the month before.
Who we work with
Companies where one new client is worth a lot
This works when a single new client pays for many calls. Right now we focus on:
- Business loan brokerages
- Private equity and M&A advisors
- High-ticket B2B SaaS
If you sell to other businesses and one new client is worth thousands, the model fits you too. Book a call and we will tell you if it does.
Questions
Straight answers
What exactly do I pay for?
Two things. First, the sending costs: domains, inboxes and data. That is what the providers charge, and you pay it directly. Second, a fee for each qualified call that books and shows up. Our work is only paid when a call happens.
What counts as a qualified call?
A decision maker at a company that matches the target we agreed on, booked on your calendar, who shows up for the meeting. We write the target down before we send anything, so there is no argument later. If they do not show, you are not billed.
How long before I get calls?
Plan on 2 to 3 weeks before the first email goes out, because the domains and inboxes have to warm up first. Calls start after launch. Anyone promising calls next week is going to burn your domains.
Will this damage my company domain?
No. We send from separate domains set up for the outreach. Your main company domain is never used for sending, so its reputation is not at risk.
How much work is this for me?
One onboarding call so we understand what you sell and who you want on the phone. After that you approve the email copy and the target list, then show up to the calls we book.
